Peachy Keen Challenge 14

This week over at Peachy Keen they are having a color challenge:
I was so pumped up about these colors once I got out all the card stock and realized they were the color of my son's dinosaur bedding.  




My friend Julia recently made a project like this for her son's room using the whales from Create-a-Critter.  I loved it so much!  She inspired me to try it with the dinosaurs from the cartridge.  Here are the supplies:
It really came out so cute!!!
Supplies:
Create-a-Critter-Dino 1 cut at 3 in.
Dino 2 cut at 2.5 in.
Palm Tree 1.5 in.
Plantin Schoolbook for letters cut at 3 in.
Recollections card stock and Simply Chartreuse from Papertrey Ink
Patterned Paper (Striped-4 in x 7.5 in and red-4 in x 5 in)
PKS Critter Faces-Medium
Mod Podge
Craft Wood found at Michaels(They are 4.5 in wide.  I had my husband cut them down to 8 in high and 5.5 in high on the smaller one).
White paint
Twine
White and Black Gel Pens

I got so into this project that I immediately wanted to make a scrapbook page with it.


I used Birthday Bash for the title cut at 1.5 in. and welded it with my Gypsy.

Peachy Keen Challenge 13: Summer Kids' Party Favor

My little boy's 4th birthday is coming up in the summer.  We are having a carnival theme for it.  I'm so excited because I love planning this kind of stuff.  I plan on having different carnival-type activities and foods.  I like for the kids to leave with a little favor.  This ice-cream treat box is something I'm thinking about doing for it.

Bunny Bait Easter Treat Bags

Welcome to my first blog post ever!  I am so excited and I've been wanting to participate in some challenges so here I go!!  Easter is such a fun holiday and I have found some really cute challenges in which to enter these treat bags.  I love making goodie bags for my kids' classes, and these are so cute.  Plus, kids love the "Bunny Bait" inside!
