My youngest daughter just had her 1st birthday! I wanted to share a quick party decoration I made the night before the party. I selected one of my favorite photos from the past 12 months (1 per month) in order celebrate how much she has changed and grown. I saw a similar banner on Pinterest, but I wanted to use a Cricut cut to back the photos.
The mats for the photos came from Elegant Edges. It is my favorite one on the cartridge. The photos were cut at 4 x 4. The mats were cut at about 5.5. I only got 4 mats on one 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock.
I kept them pretty simple. Her theme was owls. I think they would have looked cute with little owls on some of the photos or at each end, but I ran out of time before the party. I was still happy with it though because we were so focused on her cute pictures and how much she had grown:)
